After that you will be informed whether it is felt you can be
helped by a doctor of chiropractic. We have built a reputation on
helping others and we will not accept your case unless there is
a good chance of helping you.
How much will it cost?
No doubt you are also wondering what this is going to cost. This
will vary depending on the severity of your condition and the type
of care that is needed. Please feel free to make inquiries about
fees before beginning treatment.
What will happen on my first visit?
Your doctor will take your medical history, which may include questions
about physical activities, diet and posture. Feel free to ask your
doctor any questions you may have about your condition. After the
consultation you will receive a physical examination which includes
testing procedures which utilize a system of body mechanics, neurological
reflexes and orthopedic tests to check your overall spinal balance
and help pinpoint the misalignments in your spinal column. After
this examination, appropriate x-rays will be made. You should plan
on a one to two hour first visit.
Will my insurance pay for services?
Chiropractic benefits are provided by health insurance policies
of virtually every major insurance carrier, health maintenance organization
and state workers compensation carriers. Every insurance carrier
has a multitude of policies available. You should contact your insurance
provider to determine if your policy covers chiropractic care. If
you have insurance which covers chiropractic services, we will bill
the company for you. You will be responsible for your deductible,
co-payment and any services not covered by your insurance.
